UPTET 2014 Exam Syllabus is as follows. Basic Education Board, UP has issued a notification for conducting UPTET 2014 in the month of February. Candidates pursuing a teacher job in any institution, either in private management schools or in government/aided schools, have to qualify the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Syllabus for UPTET 2014 for the primary level Classes 1 to 5 is as follows.

UPTET 2014 Paper 1 Syllabus, Exam Structure for Primary School Teachers (1 to 5th Class)

1. Child Development and Pedagogy:
Child Development and Pedagogy contains 30 Marks from 30 Multiple Choice Questions.
This section contains 5 units and each unit contains 6 marks each, totally 5*6=30 marks will be awarded from this section.
2. Language-1:
Language 1 contains 30 marks from 30 Multiple Choice Questions.
This section contains 6 units and each unit contains 5 marks each, totally 6*5=30 marks will be awarded from this section.

3. Language 2:
Language 2 contains 30 marks from 30 Multiple Choice Questions.
This section contains 6 units and each unit contains 5 marks each, totally 6*5=30 marks will be awarded from this section.

4. Mathematics
Mathematics contains 30 marks from 30 Multiple Choice Questions.
